seeding regenerative ways to live, lead, learn and do business
I'm Meg. I'm a neurodivergent writer, facilitator and teacher seeding regenerative ways to live, lead, learn and do business.
I'm working toward a world where diverse folks feel valued and valuable, where we steward our resources wisely and where we heal the disconnection with nature, within ourselves and with each other.
Wilder explores how we can follow our body’s feedback and disrupt the norm in order to come back to life, one breath at a time. An antidote to hustle culture and a balm for the weary soul, this regenerative collection of stories, quotes and reflections offers hope and companionship on the journey toward embodying our wilder selves.
I support individuals (children and adults) to find regenerative ways to live, learn, lead and do business through coaching and equine assisted learning sessions. My approach is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming and client-led. Sessions are a blend of psycho-education, somatic practices, reflective enquiry and mindfulness. I am fully insured and sessions may be able to be claimed via NDIS.
My qualifications include: Master of Public Health (Behaviour Change); Master of Gender and Development; Bachelor of International Studies; Hatha Yoga Teacher; Yin Yoga Teacher; Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher; Restorative Yoga Teacher; Mindfulness Teacher; Circle Facilitator; Somatics and Social Justice; Resilience Toolkit; EQUUSOMA Level 1 Student; Equine Interaction Experience Practitioner
